For a first time customer; my experience was surprising. The shop looks a little bit run down but the customer service was wonderful. The employees are very knowledgeable of the products in store and for the care of animals; you can tell they are animal lovers; witch make the environment even more beautiful for them. Only negative feed back I have is some of the birds are hidden on the lower rack; without any interaction.

The shop is quite disorganized. But they are best for what they are really up to. The service is good too. As a pet store it is good.

Have been here twice, the store is very cramped and I know it's a pet store, but it smells very strong inside. Because of the store name I assumed they were strictly a fish store, I was surprised to see birds and bunnies and reptiles. Seems like the store is way too small to support so many different animals. I can't say if the animals look stressed or neglected as I'm not an expert in birds, reptiles and rodents. However their fish were not doing very hot. I always judge a pet store that stores their Bettas in tiny cups that they can barely move around in, it's also hard to tell how often the water is changed in the cups. Most Bettas had clear stress stripes on them, made me really feel bad for them. The big tanks seemed a bit dirty and not tagged properly, some fish were never mentioned in the price tags. Some fish were doing well, some were visibly stressed and lethargic. Going around and looking at their other supplies, the shelves were dusty. I bought a cat bowl thing that was over 20 bucks, when I got home I noticed it was caked in dust, which is whatever to me, I had to wash the bowl anyway, but that tells me the store doesn't get a full dusting often. I haven't personally purchased any animals from this store and while employees asked me if I needed any help, I didn't have any questions at the time. As of now I haven't been here enough to say how much they care about their animals, I would imagine if you open a pet store you do care about them, as a customer I would just like to see it more. I will keep coming back when I'm in the area and hoping for some bigger cups with visual dividers for those poor Bettas!
