- Alexandra Thompson Added 2018-01-16★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am english and received the same fair treatment as a french speaking person (which can be rare in quebec) staff was very nice and caring as i had an emergency. the vet was very kind/gentle and did not charge me for a test she administered. i was able to get an emergency appointment only a few hours after calling on a saturday. his eye is already improving from infection after a couple days of antibiotics and drops. so she did help very much and i was so relieved. consultation was a little more than my usual vet, (still less then ontario vet) but did not care as this was one of the only vets with available appointment. thank you!!
